Course Rules
Golf Members can book tee times eight (8) days in advance. Members may reserve up to three (3) tee times in a row. Tee times are reserved by the Golf Shop for weekly Member events such as; MGA, WGA, 9-Hole WGA and Couples Twilight.
The CLGC Golf Committee has established the following tee time cancellation policy. The purpose of the policy is to have as many tee times available to Members as possible.
Members that have tee times and do not use them must cancel those times 48 hours in advance. If they do not , the Member will receive a call from the Golf Staff. The second time this happens, the Member will receive a letter from the Golf Committee and a cancellation fee is changed to their account. If this happens a third time, the Member will not be permitted to book tee times in prime golf times.
Thank you for your consideration.
Golfing members with severe medical problems which inhibit their ability to walk may be permitted, when conditions allow, to drive golf carts in areas otherwise prohibited. Members granted this special privilege would be expected to exercise special care as to where they drive the golf carts on the fairway, rough or nearer the green than normally allowed. Those members who wish to be granted this special privilege must complete a Medical Blue Flag Request Form which must be accompanied by a signed medical doctor's letter stating the member's physical disability. Blue handicap flags will be distributed from and returned to the golf shop. Members interested in this special privilege may pick up the Medical Blue Flag Request Form and stated policy in the golf shop at their convenience.
-Speed of Play: It is the goal of the Cub to have all players complete their round in a maximum time of 4 hours and 15 minutes. It is the responsibility of each group to keep pace with the group ahead. The Course Advisor has the authority to keep play moving at the proper pace for all players' enjoyment. If any group falls one complete hole behind the group ahead, they will be asked to speed up their play. It is each group's responsibility to be observant of its position on the course and keep pace.
